Most made-to-order items are printed and shipped within 5 business days. Custom curtains and upholstery may take 7–10 days depending on complexity. You'll receive tracking the moment your order ships.
Absolutely. We recommend ordering swatches so you can feel the fabric and check colours in your own light before placing a full order. Swatches ship flat in 1–2 business days.
Because every piece is printed to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. However, you have 30 days from when your order ships to report any flaws or printing errors and we'll make it right — no questions asked.
Yes. We ship worldwide with tracked courier services. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping applies to Malaysian orders above RM 250.
