Eligibility. The HOCA Rewards Program is free to join for anyone with a HOCA account. One membership per person.
Earning points. Points are awarded once an order ships, at your tier's rate. Returned or cancelled items have their points reversed.
Tier status. Tiers (Muse, Artisan, Maestro) are based on points earned over a rolling 12 months and reviewed monthly. Benefits like cashback, earn rate, and birthday offers follow your current tier.
Cashback & vouchers. Cashback is issued as voucher credit. Reward vouchers are single-use, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and only one may be applied per order.
Referrals. Referral points (200) are credited after your friend completes their first purchase. Self-referrals and abuse will be voided.
Missions. Mission rewards are credited once the mission's conditions are verified. Mystery rewards require 3 completed missions.
Point expiry. Points expire 18 months after they are earned if your account has no qualifying activity.
Changes. HOCA may adjust benefits, earning rates, or these rules at any time, with notice via email or the account dashboard.
